You will be assigned to different remediation projects key data contributor, collaborating closely with a Project manager and Project consultant. Your daily tasks will consist of data extraction, data analysis, controlling and developing calculation model as well as documenting the progress of the project and contributing to smooth delivery during all projects phases from project initiation to closure.
We are ready to share our know-how and best practices to help you to integrate and expand your knowledge and experience.
The team is currently located across Denmark and Lithuania with colleagues willing to take ownership, grow at Danske Bank and have fun.
Danske Bank supports workplace flexibility (we currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days in the office).

Expect to travel to Denmark to visit the team once or twice a year.

You will:
- Conduct thorough data analysis to support Remediation projects and compensation calculations
- Collaborate with project managers to design and implement data-driven solutions
- Develop and optimise processes, ensuring best practices and documentation are maintained
- Work with tools like Alteryx for extraction, transformation, and loading processes, and use MS SQL to build queries and extract actionable insights
- Act as a point of contact and decision-maker for the Lithuania-based team in the absence of the team lead
- Support and guide team members in aligning with project goals and priorities
- Participate in meetings, representing the teams interests and cultivating strong relationships with stakeholders
- Coordinate team initiatives, events, and activities to enhance collaboration and well-being
About you:
- 5+ years of experience in a data analysis or business analysis role, financial sector would be beneficial
- Proficient in data analysis tools and methodologies, with experience in SQL and data visualisation tools and experience with Hadoop and Python
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a focus on delivering value through data
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with project managers, stakeholders, and team members
- Ability to take initiative, manage tasks independently, and contribute to strategic discussions
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to support and inspire others
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to work well in a team environment
- Advanced English skills
We offer
Monthly salary range from 4240 EUR to 6360 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
