Marketing Specialist - What will you be doing?

Banking is moving out of banks and becoming a part of customers daily digital lives. Inbanks financing solutions are embedded seamlessly into the shopping journey of 6,000+ retailers. This helps our merchant partners grow their businesses while end customers benefit from a frictionless shopping experience wherever they are. With a focus on innovation and growth, we are looking for talented people to join our team of 440+ people working across our offices in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland and the Czech Republic.

Due to our growth ambitions, we seek a proactive Marketing Specialist to join our Vilnius office who would mainly be responsible for production, partners and communication.

Taking care of advertising material by managing POS/ePOS materials, designing and producing Inbank-branded items, collaborating with agencies, sourcing new partners, comparing prices, and planning orders
Being responsible for internal communication by identifying internal communication needs and executing improvements
Taking care of communication and events for Partners by planning and organizing partner events, sending regular newsletters and preparing partner-facing materials
Tracking budgets and optimizing costs to ensure efficiency
Administrating Inbank website by keeping the content up to date to ensure relevance for users
Actively monitoring competitors by tracking and analyzing competitor activities and sharing regular insights
Collaborating with sales, customer care and HR teams

Ideally, you would have:

2-3 years of proven experience in a Marketing Specialist or similar role
Hands-on experience producing POS/ePOS materials, collaborating with agencies for design and production
Proficiency in budgeting and cost optimization for marketing projects
Experience in planning and coordinating events
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
Strong project management skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Fluent written and spoken Lithuanian and English communication skills
