Talenteek's client, UAB Roda, a part of the international IFN Holding, is a well-established manufacturer of European and Scandinavian-style windows and doors, supplying markets in Lithuania, Denmark, Iceland, Ireland, and Norway. Following its recent acquisition by IFN Holding, Roda is undergoing an integration process that requires the establishment of new financial control systems and group reporting structures.

We are seeking a Head of Controlling and Finance to lead this integration, ensuring alignment with group-wide financial policies and reporting standards. Once the integration is successfully established, the role will transition into overseeing standard financial operations, controlling, and supporting the company's planned growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead the financial integration of UAB Roda into IFN Holding, ensuring compliance with group reporting standards and financial structures.
Establish and refine controlling systems and processes to align with the holdings best practices and support future business expansion.
Develop accurate and transparent group-level financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements, implementing necessary financial controls.
Manage and develop the local finance team to maintain efficient financial operations.
Oversee financial planning, cost control, and performance monitoring to support strategic decision-making.
Provide oversight of the procurement function, ensuring efficiency, cost optimization, and best practices while supporting the procurement team in negotiations and process improvements.
Collaborate with the CEO and IFN Holding to provide business analytics, financial insights, and strategic recommendations.

WHAT COMPANY IS LOOKING FOR:

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Solid experience in accounting and controlling, ideally in a managerial role.
Experience in a production company or within an international holding is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial management, tax law and compliance.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
Strong negotiation skills and a proactive approach to tackling challenges and optimizing workflows.
Expertise in procurement processes and supplier management and development, including cost optimization and negotiation strategies will be considered as a significant advantage.
Willingness to travel in Europe (~5%).
Fluency in English (German is an advantage).

SALARY RANGE:

A monthly basic salary EUR 3500-4500 gross. The final agreed salary will depend on your experience and competencies.

OFFICE LOCATION:

Šeimyniškių g. 19B, Vilnius. Please note that some travel to the production site at Girelės g. 20, Kaišiadorys will be required.
