RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide professional customer service and support related to the organizations products and services, ensuring a superior customer experience.
Handle customer inquiries, orders, service needs, place orders by controlling the adherence of outbound delivery process in close collaboration with Sales team.
Manage purchase planning, purchasing, stock management, pricing support, and inbound delivery processes in close collaboration with Sales team.
Perform a variety of administrative tasks related to customers and/or principals. Dealing with customer issues when it comes to reclamations, analysis and resolution.
Maintain detailed and current knowledge of the companys processes, products and services.
Maintain item and customer master data and stock records.
Monitor warehouse activities as needed to ensure that goods are stored correctly and safely.
Various reporting to authorities.
Booking and monitoring transport of incoming and outgoing goods with external logistics partners.

REQUIREMENTS

Fluency in Lithuanian and professional working proficiency in English.
Customer-oriented mindset with strong service orientation.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience in handling excise duty materials is as advantage.
Experience in logistics or supply chain management is an advantage.
Self-driven and proactive working style.
Hands-on attitude with a structured, precise, and systematic way of working.
Strong team player with the ability to work independently when needed.

A fixed-term employment contract for two years, with the possibility of converting it into a permanent employment contract upon mutual agreement at the end of the term.
