Performance Analyst will be giving input to setting sales plans for the frontline, follow up and analysis of sales plans, give input to regular reports and strategical business plans. In addition, ensuring Retail project performance management will also be one of the key responsibilities for this role.

What You Will Do:

• Analyse performance trends and development against the plan
• Create, maintain and optimize performance dashboards
• Provide high quality regular reports
• Identify and escalate performance gaps
• Contribute to regular business performance reviews
• Ensure Retail project and program performance management
• Participate in setting KPIs and creating strategic plans
• Perform resource utilization calculations and analysis

What We Expect:

• Experience in sales analysis, planning and control
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to work with large datasets
• Advanced Excel skills; certifications or demonstrable experience with Knime, SQL or similar platforms is preferred
• Understanding of financial industry products and Retail banking processes is preferred
• Readiness to show initiative and take full ownership
• Ability to simplify complex solutions
• Effective communication skills and capability to work simultaneously with several stakeholders
• Ability to execute tasks both individually and in teams
• Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication
