Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough analyses of operational processes and transactions to identify potential risks, and develop effective strategies to mitigate them.
• Stay up-to-date with relevant financial regulations, and ensure our services comply with local and international laws, particularly in the European market.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new products or services, ensuring they align with risk management standards and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare detailed reports on risk assessment findings and recommendations, maintaining comprehensive documentation for internal use and regulatory compliance.
• Work closely with various departments, including legal, product development, and customer service, to communicate risk policies and integrate risk management practices throughout the company.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in risk management, preferably in the fintech or banking industry.
• Strong understanding of European financial regulations.
• Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly and concisely.
• Proficiency in English
• Have a positive attitude and show readiness to #do.it.right
