Now we are looking for a Junior Compliance Officer to join our fast-growing Compliance team.

Responsibilities

Participating in the annual compliance work plan development that reflects the organization's unique characteristics.
Periodically revising the compliance plan in light of changes.
Working on preparation of answers for regulators.
Coordinating efforts related to audits, reviews, and examinations.
Developing policies and programs that encourage managers and employees to report suspicions and other improprieties, without fear of retaliation.
Coordinating internal compliance review and monitoring activities, including periodic reviews of departments.
Supporting investigations and acting on matters related to compliance.
Proactively monitoring key issues and regulatory developments that has an impact on companys operations.
Development and revision of internal Policies, procedures and internal documents.

Qualifications

Education: higher education in law, economics or alike or last year student.;
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply no experience requiered we are ready to teach you everything
Ability to read and analyse legal requirments and documents
Experience in audit or finance law considered a plus
Fluent in Lithuanian both orally and written
Excellent knowledge of English both orally and in written
Analytical thinking;
Goal oriented personality.
