We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager with experience in Logistics sales to join us. The Logistics Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and implementing steel sales strategies and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the transportation industry. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bring tonnage from the current and potential customers at the Baltic States steel market.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and margin targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Be proactive to identify opportunities and threats to the business.
  • Catch market leads and drive them to the deals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective delivery of services and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on sales performance and market trends.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers and partners.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the transportation industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Knowledge of the freight forwarding industry, including product, customs regulations, documentation, and pricing
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop sales strategies accordingly.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP and CRM software
  • Willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry events.
