Job description
Currently we are looking for a Senior Recruiter & Group Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. In the role you will be responsible for attracting and hiring talents to our organization as well as building and implementing talent recruitment processes and practices across CEE region. You will be a member of the group HR team and working closely with business leaders supporting them in driving and achieving business outcomes. This role demands an excellent communication and time management skills, ability to work on multiple projects with various stakeholders, a hands-on mentality and someone who can navigate the complexities of a dynamic environment. The role is located in Lithuania.
Key responsibilities in the role
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical positions. Source, screen, and interview high-quality candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand team needs.
- Design, implement and manage company-wide recruitment processes and policies to ensure consistency and efficiency across locations.
- Utilize and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage and track recruitment workflows, ensuring a smooth process for all involved.
- Advise and coach hiring managers on best practices, recruitment strategies, and utilizing the ATS.
- Support employer branding activities to increase company market visibility and promote company to candidates.
- Structure and lead collaboration with external partners, like job boards and recruitment agencies.
- Support business decisions by providing reports and insights to leadership team on recruitment plans and activities.
- Stay up to date with innovative recruitment and employer branding strategies, solutions and tools, and drive improvements in company activities in these areas.
- Monitor market trends and talent pools availability adjusting company recruitment approach.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, with focus on technical roles.
- Thorough knowledge of recruitment practices, sourcing techniques, and interviewing strategies.
- Proven experience in driving implementation of recruitment processes and practices.
- Familiarity with ATS systems and modern recruitment tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with various stakeholders.
- Experience in working across CEE region.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Lithuanian.
