In this position, you will:

Oversee the entire Loyalty system life-cycle from upgrade concepts to releases, ensuring timely delivery of unified high-quality software solutions across Baltic Countries
Own a roadmap for Loyalty system within Baltics
Work with backlog and act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that Loyalty system features are aligned within Baltics
Drive continuous improvement through feedback collection, user testing, and iteration cycles
Monitor market trends (webinars, conferences) to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement of Loyalty system
Provide documentation of Loyalty system processes to support business continuity

We are looking for a colleague who has:

Experience as a product owner or in a similar role, preferably in the software industry
Proficiency in UX/UI design principles and experience with designing intuitive user interface
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Agile methodology and processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Strong interest in business processes and evolving needs
Experience in Retail domain and processes would be huge advantage
Hands-on experience in building a software product from scratch would be a significant advantage
Advanced English and Lithuanian skills, both written and verbal
