Business Support Supervisor for Baltics

1-year contract initially

A client of WorkingDay Latvia, an international company representing the Herbalife brand, is seeking a Business Support Supervisor for Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia.

Your responsibilities:

Understand the Herbalife business model and continuously expand your knowledge of the brand to drive company growth and brand awareness in Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia
Provide support to independent Herbalife partners by answering daily inquiries via email and phone, fostering long-term successful collaboration
Gather and analyze sales data, preparing reports on business performance across the Baltics
Participate in leadership online meetings and strategic planning groups, offering insights and contributing to discussions on business growth opportunities in the region
Attend independent partners events across the Baltics, ensuring alignment with Herbalife's global marketing and communication strategies
Collaborate with internal and external marketing teams to develop marketing materials and organize events
Travel to regional events abroad

Requirements:

Analytical and strategic thinker with good PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Communicative, energetic & enthusiastic, with a 'can do' approach to tasks
Able to work as part of an international team but also independently
Able to take the initiative & set priorities, and focus on important issues
Customer service orientated with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Fluent in Lithuanian and English to communicate with clients across the Baltics; other Baltic languages are considered an advantage
Flexible to travel within Baltics and other European countries, including evenings and weekends
Category B driver's license
