Be a Catalyst leader in a multi-Squad environment

We are a tribe of currently approx. 20 squads working across Denmark, Lithuania and India. We are currently recruiting a cluster to lead our development within Non-Financial Riks, Regulatory Management and Compliance.

You will be accountable for setting direction for the cluster in line with senior leadership expectations, tribe vision and Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) in the tribe. You will take part of our yearly and quarterly planning processes(ABR/QBR) and continuously align our development ambitions with Product Owners, stakeholders and Tribe leadership.

• Contribute to formulating Tribe vision, purpose, design, strategy and OKRs
• Engages with senior leadership to align on priorities and major dependencies
• Appoint and develop Product Owners
• Create a safe and collaborative environment characterized by psychological safety

You are accountable for creating, prioritizing and communicating the cluster- and tribe roadmap in collaboration with the other POs in the cluster and leaders across the tribe.

Monthly salary range from 5200 EUR to 7800 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
