Be a Catalyst leader in a multi-Squad environment
We are a tribe of currently approx. 20 squads working across Denmark, Lithuania and India. We are currently recruiting a cluster to lead our development within Non-Financial Riks, Regulatory Management and Compliance.
You will be accountable for setting direction for the cluster in line with senior leadership expectations, tribe vision and Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) in the tribe. You will take part of our yearly and quarterly planning processes(ABR/QBR) and continuously align our development ambitions with Product Owners, stakeholders and Tribe leadership.
*Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you a different seniority for the role.

You will:
- Contribute to formulating Tribe vision, purpose, design, strategy and OKRs
- Engages with senior leadership to align on priorities and major dependencies
- Appoint and develop Product Owners
- Create a safe and collaborative environment characterized by psychological safety
You are accountable for creating, prioritizing and communicating the cluster- and tribe roadmap in collaboration with the other POs in the cluster and leaders across the tribe.

About you:
- Solid experience from a leader of leaders position
- A background within technology, economics, mathematic or similar
- Experience with IT development and digital transformation Solid Risk & Compliance knowledge
- Advanced English language skills
- You are able to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders – as well as setting direction and communicate priorities in a clear way; both to your technical colleagues and key stakeholders
We offer
Monthly salary range from 5200 EUR to 7800 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
