RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide professional customer service and support related to the organizations products and services, ensuring a superior customer experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, orders, service needs, place orders by controlling the adherence of outbound delivery process in close collaboration with Sales team.
- Manage purchase planning, purchasing, stock management, pricing support, and inbound delivery processes in close collaboration with Sales team.
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks related to customers and/or principals. Dealing with customer issues when it comes to reclamations, analysis and resolution.
- Maintain detailed and current knowledge of the companys processes, products and services.
- Maintain item and customer master data and stock records.
- Monitor warehouse activities as needed to ensure that goods are stored correctly and safely.
- Various reporting to authorities.
- Booking and monitoring transport of incoming and outgoing goods with external logistics partners.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluency in Lithuanian and professional working proficiency in English.
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong service orientation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in handling excise duty materials is as advantage.
- Experience in logistics or supply chain management is an advantage.
- Self-driven and proactive working style.
- Hands-on attitude with a structured, precise, and systematic way of working.
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
