Discover Operations Specialist with Norwegian Language position where you can grow and make a difference. Daily.

About the role:

Processing various debt collection tasks according to work instructions
Handling and investigating daily-task related incidents
Creating, developing, and updating documentation and procedures
Delivering quality in the fast-changing environment
Identifying areas or processes for improvements

About you:

Able to work full-time
Good knowledge of English (written and spoken) and/or Norwegian (at least B1 level)
Quick learner and good problem solver
Attention to details

Advantages if you have:

Proficiency with MS Excel
Work experience in a back office

Salary:

1300 - 2300 Eur gross/month. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
