WERE LOOKING FOR:

We are seeking a highly motivated Solutions sales manager to join our team and drive sales for our innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and providing them with customized solutions to meet their unique needs.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Develop and implement a sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets;
Prospect, identify and close new business opportunities;
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients;
Understand client's business needs and provide tailored solutions;
Present the company's solutions and capabilities to clients;
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of solutions;
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM;
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market dynamics.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

Proven track record of successful solution sales experience;
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills;
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively;
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment;
Knowledge of GovTech and Fintech is a plus;
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
