We are currently looking for System Analyst to join our Digital Retail Solution department in Vilnius.

The Team/Product:

You will be an integral member of a passionate and collaborative cross-functional team, dedicated to working with cutting-edge products like ERP and POS systems. The team comprises over 55 professionals, including Product Managers, System Analysts, Developers, and various other experts.

What you will do

You will be responsible for analyzing, designing and implementing retail business solutions:

Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing retail systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including retail operations, IT, and business stakeholders, to gather requirements and understand retail business needs.
Design and implement system enhancements, upgrades, and modifications to improve retail system functionality and performance.
Develop detailed system specifications, including workflows, user interfaces, and data models.
Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, troubleshooting system issues and resolving user concerns.
Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure retail systems meet defined requirements and perform optimally.

What we expect from you

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proven experience as a System Analyst or similar role, with understanding of system development life cycle (SDLC) principles.
Proficiency in analyzing complex systems, gathering and documenting requirements, and developing technical specifications.
Knowledge with Linux is advantageous.
Experience in retail business is advantage.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders within the retail organization.
Good Lithuanian and English skills, both written and spoken.
