We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our Finance team in Lithuania. To be successful in this role you should have a strong understanding and working knowledge of accounting and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. You will be part of our international finance team while taking on the local responsibilities and challenges.

What will you be doing?

Performing day-to-day accounting activities following relevant laws, regulations, and policies
Taking care of declarations and tax payments
Ensuring accurate and timely month-end reporting
Participating in the group improvement projects of accounting systems and financial processes
Processing and reviewing product accounting
Being a partner for the external financial auditors to provide data and explanations
Representing Inbank in communication with Tax Authorities
Reviewing payroll accounting prepared by the outsourced service provider.

Ideally, you have the following skills and experience:

Previous working experience as an Accountant
Strong knowledge of Lithuanian accounting and tax laws
Proven organisational and analytical skills, the ability to work independently and think critically
Strong sense of attention to detail
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Lithuanian and English
Advanced user of Microsoft Office with expertise in Excel
Knowledge of the Accounting program Business Central is a bonus.
