We are delivering strategic management support for the T&S Large Corporates and Institutions (T&S LC&I) area leadership team. We create value through targeted communication, events, and driving strategic change in line with our Forward 28 vision. You will join our diverse cross-country team of six team members.
Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you a different seniority of the role.
You will:
- Drive Forward 28 for T&S LC&I by ensuring representation, integration, and delivery of initiatives across domains
- Participate and lead initiatives as part of a key strategic priority
- Be heavily involved in supporting ABR and QBR processes for the entirety of T&S LC&I
About you:
- At least 5 years of working with strategy – ideally in either a technology or large corporate and institutional banking context
- Previous experience in programme or portfolio management
- Ability to take the lead in implementing change
- Proactive, forward-thinking, and able to work independently
- Ability to handle senior stakeholders and tight governance procedures as part of delivery responsibilities
- You can facilitate complex material in an easy and understandable way and communicate to senior stakeholders
- Advanced English skills
We offer
Monthly salary range from 3440 EUR to 5160 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
