Job description

Control and monitor clients needs and Contract Variations;
Request/gather the information from different departments regarding the reason for the Variation, understanding of it's scope and impact;
Prepare Commercial and Technical proposals for Variation Orders (scope, assumptions and exclusions, economic impact, and extension of time);
Negotiation with Customer/FIDIC;
Forecasting and checking correct imputation of the Variations;
Implementation of the variation program (experienced in Microsoft Project);
Control the progress of the variations and gather the information about the process for possible court cases;
Support other activities in the plan and control department.

Requirements

1+ years of experience in EPC projects or other projects in construction and energy sector. Experience in plan & cost department or tender department is desirable;
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Civil, Electrical or similar);
Excellent Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project skills would be a plus;
Some experience in writing technical reports would be a plus;
Decisive and quick-thinking;
Great verbal, written and presentation skills;
Good negotiation skills;
Attentive to detail;
Fluent Lithuanian and business level English language skills.
