As a member of our team you would:

Analyse, compose, negotiate, and finalize commercial agreements such as supply, acquisition, joint venture, and service contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards.
Coordinate legal counsel across diverse jurisdictions, delivering business-focused legal counsel to internal teams and partners in multiple markets.
Develop and implement company procedures and policies to identify and mitigate legal risks related to industry-specific matters, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
Draft and review internal legal documentation including procedures, processes, letters, and certifications.
Oversee corporate governance activities, including maintaining corporate records, entity history, and corporate databases.
Conduct research and provide support to the management team on various legal matters.

Desirable Qualifications:

High proficiency in Russian and English (both spoken and written). Lithuanian language is not a must.
4+ years of experience practicing corporate law, preferably within the international trade or logistics sectors.
Legal studies degree.

Papildoma informacija: Salary range 4000-5200 EUR (including bonus). The final salary is offered based on work experience and competence.
