For the IT Support Manager, who will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing one of our brand's reputation online. You will be responsible for monitoring our ratings on various review sites, engaging with customers, and implementing strategies to maintain and improve our online image. Additionally, you will handle daily IT tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our digital platforms.

We expect you to

• Have previous proven experience in online reputation management or a similar role.
  
• Strong understanding of IT systems and digital platforms.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights.
  
• Familiarity with various review sites and online monitoring tools.
  
• Be open-minded, curious, and creative
  
  

Salary

Gross salary range is 1700-2300 EUR/month.
