Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you different seniority levels in the role.

You will:

Conduct thorough investigations on Corporate Action events and ensure correct updates in our internal systems
Perform daily controls on various types of transactions to maintain data accuracy and compliance
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders as part of our investigation process
Participate in risk management with a focus on continuous improvement initiatives
Support internal stakeholders and advisors to understand our processes and data visible to our customers
Balance analytical thinking with some manual, repetitive tasks to ensure data quality in our Investment and Tax reports sent to our customers

About you:

2+ years of experience working with Corporate Action events or Performance Calculations
Knowledge of tax rules in one of our main markets (Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland) would be considered an advantage
Engaged and motivated mindset with a positive approach to problem-solving
Attentive to details and having analytical thinking with good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Willing to take ownership when investigating cases and work unsupervised
A team-oriented person who enjoys working, sharing knowledge, and coordinating on tasks with the rest of the team on a daily basis
Willing to develop and expand your skills all the time
Upper-Intermediate English language skills

We offer

Monthly salary range from 1640 EUR to 2460 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
