Responsibilities

  • Identify and target corporate clients in the hotel and restaurant industries for sales opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the client base.
  • Nurture strong relationships with corporates through regular communication and excellent customer service.
  • Understand client needs and preferences to propose customized solutions and services for services.
  • Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with corporate clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
  • Collaborate with internal team to deliver on client expectations and requirements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

We expect you to:

  • Proven track record in corporate sales, preferably within the hospitality industry, with experience in hotel or/and restaurant services.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies, with the ability to drive results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs effectively for offered services.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Outstanding command of both written and spoken Lithuanian and good English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. Work experience with PROTEL would be an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Our client is running a niche boutique 50-room hotel and restaurant with long-standing traditions which belong to chain of luxury hotels and restaurants worldwide. In order to strengthen the work with corporate clients we are looking for passionate hospitality professional for full-time employment.
 
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales efforts to acquire and maintain corporate clients within the hospitality industry, focusing on both hotel and restaurant. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions to meet those needs. The Sales Representative will also collaborate closely with internal team to ensure the delivery of exceptional service to clients.
