WHAT YOU WILL DO
As Senior Implementation Specialist (Deployment) you will join our Deployment team who are passionate about helping our clients to efficiently use and gain the most relevant insights out of the Neara platform. Your role will collaborate closely with the entire delivery team as well as interact with our Australia, UK and US teams (product, sales, deployment and development teams). We are very transparent and the communication lines are open regardless of role or level, allowing us to get things done quickly, keeping in mind quality standards at all times.
Once you become the expert of the Neara platform you will get heavily involved in key projects that will drive actionable insights for our clients. You will work closely with the Deployment Manager to ensure project quality and on-time delivery. You will also have the opportunity to improve and automate our processes along the way and to provide mentoring / training to Implementation Specialists and System Analysts.
Some of the things you will contribute to:
- Configuring projects, integrating our system for utility/geospatial clients
- Build reports and dashboards for effective data analytics and tracking
- Building efficient workflows for deployment
- Identify and prioritize improvements by partnering with engineering and product teams
- Detect inaccuracies in the digital twin and reconfigure the auto-modeling and dependencies to GIS, LiDAR or other non-spatial databases available
- Identify new innovative opportunities for implementing the project, analyzing the client specifications
- Maintaining open and professional communications with all Neara's colleagues, partners, clients and vendors
WHO YOU ARE
You are a quick learner, proactive, disciplined and bring great attention to detail with a focus on quality when it comes to generating insights from complex system data. You are good with creative problem solving, logical reasoning and system automation.
Some attributes we highly regard:
- Experience with Python or other scripting languages is highly advantageous, but not required
- Knowledge of and experience in managing complex software implementation projects
- Experience with quality assurance processes
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Interested in spatial reasoning and working with 2D / 3D data, essential for our advanced spatial functions
- Eagerness to learn engineering concepts and apply knowledge from mathematics, physics, or similar fields to creatively tackle daily problems
- Experience having worked with a cloud-based software solution
- Experience in geospatial data processing is highly advantageous
