What we expect from you

3+ years of experience in information security management, including IT risk management, ISMS assessment, and implementation
Knowledge of operating systems, networking basics, public cloud services is a plus
Knowledge of OWASP resources, ISO27k, NIST frameworks, and CIS Critical controls
Understanding of Lithuanian and EU laws on information security, cyber security, and data protection (e.g., Cyber Security Law, GDPR, DORA, NIS2)
Ability to translate business requirements into technical security solutions and align security policies with business needs
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience in the finance sector is a plus
Fluent in English (at least B2 level)

What you will do

Performing clients information security assessments and risk assessments, evaluating clients information security and IT security measures, preparing assessment results (reports) to the clients in English and Lithuanian languages and providing presentations to various level specialists
Providing advice, recommendations and consultancy on information security or cyber security in the systems, mobile applications, communication, network, infrastructure, services, etc.
Providing information security awareness trainings to clients employees, examining their information security understanding
Providing phishing attack simulations and preparing assessment reports
Designing, implementing, and maintaining information security management system
Preparing information security policies, procedures for clients.
Taking role of an expert during the information security and penetration testing pre-sales activities
Preparing security requirements for systems or solutions to ensure proper information security level and business needs
Planning, communicating, and coordinating security assessments for clients from e-commerce, fintech, finance, telecommunications, and many other industries
Working closely with the architects, penetration testers during technological due diligence assessments and information security assessments for different clients
Participate ensuring security during SDLC process

Monthly salary from 4000 EUR (Gross). We gauge the salary offer for each candidate by considering the predefined salary ranges for the position while also factoring in the candidate's competence and experience.
