I am Zahed Iqbal currently leading the Data Center Network team in Telia. We are a great bunch of people, and I am super proud of every member of our team. Right now, we are looking for a Network Engineer to join our team in Vilnius.

Data Center Networks Team is part of Common Products & Services – Cloud & Infrastructure unit, responsible for the development, operations, maintenance, life cycle management and capacity planning of Datacenter network infrastructures. Common Products & Services - Platform & Infrastructure unit is developing, maintaining, and operating our Datacenters' IT infrastructure and internal platforms (private cloud, integration). It plays a key role in delivering production quality and customer experience for continued growth in Telia Company.

The ideal candidate should have experience working with traditional Cisco network routers, switches, Cisco ACI and be able to perform the following tasks:

• Configure, operate and maintain network infrastructure.

• Troubleshoot network issues and provide solutions.

• Monitor network performance and ensure network security.

• Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth network operations.

• Work with Life Cycle Management and capacity management of current Data Centre networks

• Work closely with engineering and development function within the team

Is this you?

Competence and experience:

• 3+ years of experience in network engineering.

• Experience working with Cisco network router switches.

• Knowledge of routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, and EIGRP.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• You are familiar with DevOps ways of working and ITIL processes.
