My name is Mindaugas Diržys and I am leading one of the Digital Channels teams in Lithuania @Telia. The team is working on Digitalization program to enhance customer digital experience and build new digital services within Prepaid and eCommerce area. At the moment we are looking for a Delivery Lead to drive digital transformation. As a Delivery Lead you will:

• Ensure on time/scope/cost delivery
• Eliminate impediments
• Align delivery dependencies between different delivery teams
• Inspire the teams to have relentless improvements
• Visualize the team's capacity, its progress and the value it creates
• Facilitates scum events, preparation and readiness for ART events

Your experience and skills:

• Experience working as Scrum Master, Delivery Lead or in a similar role related to ensuring the performance and delivery of an IT team
• Experience in implementing software development lifecycle
• Experience in slicing features into small deliverables and building release plans
• Advanced user level skills of Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence)
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English (both spoken and written)
• Scrum Master skills or SAFe/PMP/Prince2 or similar certification (advantage)

Working in this position you will receive a base salary starting from 3800 to 5000 Eur/month (gross). Plus, annual bonuses which vary depending on your competencies and your and Telia results. Besides for each employee Telia has additional employee benefits package which includes:
