Currently we are looking for ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE (AR) ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT

Responsibilities

Assists in performing day-to-day Accounts Receivable activities, reconciliation and reporting tasks following global procedures.
Performs posting and allocating incoming payments correctly and in a timely manner
Collects data for investigating unallocated payments
Supports request management for credit and debit notes
Performs dedicated internal billing invoices accurately within agreed deadline
Assists in running regular checks on billing due lists to make sure all invoices are distributed to internal and external customers
Collects data intercompany reconciliation tasks to ensure smooth month end close

Profile

Ongoing or finished studies in finance, mathematics, statistics (or related discipline), optional
Relevant and/or similar work experience within the accounting field, optional
Willingness to learn
Co-operation skills in cross-cultural organization
Fluent in English, both verbal and written communication. Additional languages are an asset
Based in Lithuania or willing to relocate

Salary range

We offer salary from EUR 1810 Eur to EUR 2088 month gross (before taxes; final offer depends on candidate's competences).
