YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES

ERM Teams Key Deliverables:

Support the development and maintenance of a robust, lean, and effective Global Risk Management Framework, easy to comprehend and communicate, that underpins the strategy. Applying a pragmatic approach that harmonizes with the Global AD operating model, delivers commercial value, and supports clients needs.
Management and coordination of the Policy Governance Office which includes the Policies and Process Library for the Group. Applying a time-efficient yet well controlled approach.
Support the automation of key risk processes including Risk and Control Self-Assessments and Reportable Events management.
Provide insightful and value-add Management Information (reporting).
Management of all Due Diligence Questionnaires and Request for Proposals impacting the Risk function (including all teams reporting to the CRO).

Your Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the delivery, development, and maintenance of the Global Risk Management Framework. Including the implementation and operation of the risk management processes.
Manage the Policy Governance Office and the implementation of the Policy Governance Framework.
Coordinating the Policies and Process library (timely review and uploading of the documents).
Coordinating and supporting delivery of Management Information packs for the Board and the Risk Committee reporting (including KRIs and KPIs).
Any other projects / tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

What well look for on your CV:

At least 4 years of experience in the field of Risk Management or a similar field.
Fluent in English.
Proficient in using Microsoft office (SharePoint, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
High standards of quality and attention to detail.
Experience in Project Management.
Ability to navigate through complex and ambiguous situations.
Ability to adapt to changing business requirements.
Experience in partnering with an executive team.
