What You Will Do:

• Manage multiple security services
• Manage SLA (service level agreement) with service provider
• Responsible for enterprise level identity lifecycle management
• Identify and propose improvements for services
• Define and assess effectiveness of services
• Monitor and audit services performance
• Act as focal point for service-related questions within organization
• Drive continuous improvement related with services to enable risk reduction and operational efficiencies

What We Expect:

• Expert knowledge in IT security services: DLP, SIEM, VMS, AV, EDR, SOC, IAM, PAM, PKI, FIM
• Knowledge of regulatory controls, information security standards and security best practice concepts
• Experience in risk and vendor management
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Critical thinking and analytical skills

• Customer and teamwork oriented
• Higher education preferred in Computer Science
• Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication
