Ensure that all transactions are processed with efficiency and quality according to predefined standards and work processes. Handle and take ownership of queries from customers in a timely manner.

Business Partner data maintenance in SAP
Process requests for creating and adjusting Business Partner details in Master Data according to the guidelines and policies
Contact Business Partner via phone to confirm Bank details information accuracy
Ensure that all requests are accurately and timely processed, authorized within agreed deadline
Participate in harmonization projects and improvement processes
Cooperate with purchasing and sales organization/internal business units/ GBS colleagues on Master Data related questions and issues
Participate and assist in projects in accounting area or on related topics, new ERP systems and tools implementation, misc.
Collect data to internal/external authorities, partners, etc.
Perform internal controls within own area

Basic requirements for this position

Preferably 2+ years of relevant experience
Fluency in English, Spanish language skills are considered as an advantage
High level of responsibility, detail-orientation and ability to work independently
Solid communication skills and team work capabilities
Advanced user of Microsoft Excel and other relevant technical skills
SAP experience and knowledge of Master data processes are considered as an asset
