Responsibilities:
- Administration of customer debts, ensuring a smooth debt management process.
- Customer analysis and payment term control;
- Insolvency assessment and identification of causes;
- Optimization and improvement of debt reports;
- Supervision and administration of Coface insurance;
- Communication with debtors via phone and email;
- Collaboration with other departments;
- Reviewing and improving the debt management process;
- Performing other ad-hoc tasks as needed.

What were looking for:
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.
- A degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- A willingness to learn, improve, and optimize processes.
- Strong sense of responsibility and discipline.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical thinking, quick decision-making, and initiative.
- Ability to adapt quickly to various situations.
- Broad understanding of debt collection and administration.
- Proficiency in English (additional foreign language skills are a plus).
- Experience with Excel, Navision, AndSoft, Power BI (preferred).
