An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our thriving Medical Device Manufacturing Company and support our Strategic Development Programme.

We are looking to recruit a Business Analyst to play a key role in developing and implementing the new IT Business Management Systems.

BUSINESS ANALYST

ROLE OVERVIEW:

Collect information about the process and conduct process analysis in relation to implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Manufacturing Execution system (MES);
Identify and evaluate options for improving business processes & systems.
Define requirements through a project life cycle from initial analysis, documentation and development through to testing where applicable.
Ensure effective use of information systems in meeting the needs of the company.
Create process documentation/workflows;
Administrate Intersurgical Process Map update, publishing and archiving;
Administrate company portfolio in terms of business and applications, allowing the creation of relationship between them;
Collaborates with IT regarding applications, impacted by change to the process. Upon necessity, initiate a change of the business process;
Participate in the implementation and improvement of business management systems;

ESSENTIAL SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE:

Strong analytical skills;
Experience in IT systems implementation projects;
Bachelor degree;
Communication and presentation skills in English and Lithuanian
Ability to work alone and within teams

PREFERRED SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE:

Computer knowledge: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Visio
Previous work experience in business analysis and related field
