RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide professional customer service and support related to the organizations products and services, ensuring a superior customer experience.
  • Handle customer inquiries, orders, service needs, place orders by controlling the adherence of outbound delivery process in close collaboration with Sales team.
  • Manage purchase planning, purchasing, stock management, pricing support, and inbound delivery processes in close collaboration with Sales team.
  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks related to customers and/or principals. Dealing with customer issues when it comes to reclamations, analysis and resolution.
  • Maintain detailed and current knowledge of the companys processes, products and services.
  • Maintain item and customer master data and stock records.
  • Monitor warehouse activities as needed to ensure that goods are stored correctly and safely.
  • Various reporting to authorities.
  • Booking and monitoring transport of incoming and outgoing goods with external logistics partners.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluency in Lithuanian and professional working proficiency in English.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong service orientation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in handling excise duty materials is as advantage.
  • Experience in logistics or supply chain management is an advantage.
  • Self-driven and proactive working style.
  • Hands-on attitude with a structured, precise, and systematic way of working.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently when needed.

  • A fixed-term employment contract for two years, with the possibility of converting it into a permanent employment contract upon mutual agreement at the end of the term.
