Job description:
• Assist with ad-hoc projects to improve the transaction monitoring process and reporting;
•Assist with the development of management information in relation to transaction monitoring alerts to ensure early warning escalation of issues are in place;
• Assist in daily monitoring of merchant transaction behavior with the Company monitoring systems to detect suspicious activity and take the appropriate action to mitigate the risk and prevent financial loss exposure to the company and their clients;
• Assist in daily Chargeback and Fraud monitoring and work on action plans when ratios are getting close to certain thresholds;
• Communicate with the Company clients in relation to all chargeback and fraud related inquiries and provide education and help to protect them and us from financial losses and risk;
• Supporting more senior members of the team with projects and ad hoc tasks.
Requirements:
• University degree in finance, economics, business administration or similar;
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, especially skills of independent and innovative issue analysis and problem solving;
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office;
• Strong communication skills, written and oral, including the ability to explain and express views/opinions articulately and confidently;
• Willingness to learn, possess a can-do attitude and be a part of a dynamic fast-growing company;
• Ability to manage and prioritize workload;
• Fluent English.
