In this position you will:
- Lead a team of IT Business Analysts, fostering a collaborative work environment and continuous improvement
- Oversee the analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure thorough documentation of requirements, workflows, and system specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product owners, and project managers, to design and implement efficient and reliable solutions that meet business needs
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensure clear communication with business stakeholders, managing expectations, and delivering value through IT solutions
- Drive adoption of best practices in business analysis, staying up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in processes and solutions
We are looking for a colleague who has:
- At least 2 years of experience in Team leadership role
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience as IT Business Analyst, Microsoft NAV/ Business Central Consultant, Product Owner or similar
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Strong interest in business processes and needs
- Advanced English and Lithuanian skills, both written and verbal
It would be an advantage if you:
- Are familiar with TOGAF methodology
- Have experience with digital transformation, automation, and system integration
