In this position you will:

Lead a team of IT Business Analysts, fostering a collaborative work environment and continuous improvement
Oversee the analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement
Ensure thorough documentation of requirements, workflows, and system specifications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product owners, and project managers, to design and implement efficient and reliable solutions that meet business needs
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement
Ensure clear communication with business stakeholders, managing expectations, and delivering value through IT solutions
Drive adoption of best practices in business analysis, staying up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in processes and solutions

We are looking for a colleague who has:

At least 2 years of experience in Team leadership role
At least 2 years of hands-on experience as IT Business Analyst, Microsoft NAV/ Business Central Consultant, Product Owner or similar
Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Strong interest in business processes and needs
Advanced English and Lithuanian skills, both written and verbal

It would be an advantage if you:

Are familiar with TOGAF methodology
Have experience with digital transformation, automation, and system integration
