Summary:

As a Data Management and Administration Representative within our Inside Operations function, you will have a significant role in supporting the Data Management and Administrative department in Germany, by using incoming documents, initiating associated processes, creating, and maintaining relevant CRM data. Furthermore, you will closely collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring seamless execution of administrative procedures and making a substantial contribution to advancing the company's operational objectives in the German market.

About the Role:
  • Verify and process all the incoming customer related documents in CRM system.
  • Creation and maintenance of relevant CRM data for customers and medical institutions.
  • Manage customer data, orders and contact forms received from existing and potential customers.
  • Maintain task logs and facilitate communication between departments.
  • Training staff members on operational processes and tools.
  • Support for existing as well as new projects and business initiatives.
  • Undertake any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the management to support the overall objectives of the team and the company.

 About You:
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong proficiency in utilizing tech-systems and digital tools.
  • Excellent German and English language skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and tasks.
  • Problem-solving skills by working independently and in collaboration with other teams.

  • Strong ability to collaborate and drive results.
  • Ability to interpret reports, read and follow through documentation such as procedure manuals and operating instructions.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and at least basic knowledge of CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Proven experience in administrative operations is highly desired.
