JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and oversee the development, implementation, and achievement of the companys strategic goals, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including Collegial Supervisory and Management Bodies, to review and execute strategic initiatives.
Actively participate in board meetings, providing insights and updates on strategic initiatives and legal compliance.
Ensure the companys compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, both locally and internationally.
Oversee the management of legal affairs, including compliance issues, ensuring all activities adhere to relevant laws and regulations.
Oversee operations in regulatory environments and listed companies, ensuring compliance and effective stakeholder management.
Lead the companys ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) efforts, integrating sustainable practices into the business strategy.
Develop and implement comprehensive corporate communication strategies that effectively manage internal and external communication.
Collaborate with senior management to align on strategic priorities and ensure effective execution of business plans.

WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:
Master's degree in Law or Business management, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a C-level position or as the head of a strategically significant division within a medium-sized company or corporate group, with proven expertise in managing legal and compliance functions, external and internal communications, and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives.
Demonstrated experience collaborating with and presenting to executive boards and senior management teams, providing strategic insights and facilitating informed decision-making.
Experience working within regulatory environments and/or publicly listed companies, with a strong understanding of operational principles, effective communication strategies, and stakeholder management practices.
Lithuanian, English- level C1.
Entrepreneurial insight, team-building skills, client-centric focus, effective communication, adaptability, emotional intelligence, curiosity, and the courage to stand by their opinions while remaining humble.

WOULD BE CONSIDERED ADVANTAGEOUS:
EMBA degree.
Professional background in a legal or managerial role within the energy, logistics, or industrial sectors, with an in-depth understanding of industry-specific challenges and regulations.
Extensive international experience in legal, compliance, or risk management roles, demonstrating a thorough understanding of global regulatory environments and cross-border compliance issues.
Demonstrated success in contributing to the formulation and execution of corporate strategies, with a track record of achieving defined strategic objectives and business goals.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate and engage with internal and external stakeholders, including Collegial Supervisory Boards, Management Bodies, and senior executives, to review, develop, and implement strategic plans.
Expertise and practical experience in corporate communications and sustainability initiatives, including developing and promoting sustainable practices within an organization.
Hands-on experience in applying corporate communications strategies, managing media relations, and handling public affairs to enhance corporate reputation and stakeholder engagement.
Proven ability to apply digital expertise and leverage technology to drive innovation, enhance operational efficiency, and create business value.

KN is an international energy terminal operator. Currently KN operates three liquid energy product terminals in Klaipėda, Subačius and Marijampolė, and is the operator of liquefied natural gas (LNG) terminals in Lithuania and Brazil. The company also provides commercial operation services for two out of three floating LNG terminals in Germany. Up to date, the company has contributed to more than ten different LNG projects around the world.
