Position goal:

As a result of the company's growth, Primekss is expanding its operations in Sweden and searching for new team members to join the Scandinavian team to work with the innovative PrīmX concrete technology. You will join an ambitious and passionate team delivering world-class projects. If you share the same values as Primekss, come on board!

Job duties:

Oversee and manage all works on site, ensuring high standards of quality and safety
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project schedules and deliverables
Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks, addressing any issues promptly
Liaise with the project team to ensure seamless integration of internal works with overall project progress
Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager, specifically in managing large-scale industrial projects
Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and health and safety regulations
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams
Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Availability and willingness to travel on business trips regularly
Good command of English
Drivers licence

The company offers:

Interesting projects in Sweden, working on a schedule: 3 work weeks abroad and 1 week of rest in the home country

Stable salary of EUR 4000 gross per month (final salary will be determined according to the selected candidate's qualifications) and all social guarantees
