Requirements for candidates
Position: Corporate Actions Operations Officer in Asset Services.
• Previous experience or knowledge in banking back-office (would be considered as an advantage)
• Excellent fluency in English (both written and verbal)
• Higher education (for example, finance, economics or relevant field)
• Upper-intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Helpfulness and willingness to work in a team
• Ability to work in a growing environment: to meet tight deadlines and cope with peak periods, when needed
• Proactiveness and can-do attitude
Job description
The company is a financial institution in Vilnius, Lithuania, that has recognized the importance of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) consideration and implemented various initiatives to promote sustainability, ethical business practices, and social responsibility.
You will:
- Handle simple daily tasks as well as be faced by various issues that will challenge you to grow your personal and professional competences;
- You will not only be responsible for many different Corporate Actions (dividends, interests, mergers, liquidations, etc.) but also solve discrepancies, analyze unique cases, respond to inquiries and tend to customers needs in a timely manner;
- You will also be given opportunities to participate in various projects, challenge current processes and come up with ways to improve them;
- With the help of professional, supportive and friendly team, you will quickly build your knowledge and network and be expected to collaborate with colleagues from other teams and departments both locally and globally;
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Timely and accurate Corporate Actions capture and processing, ensuring that all deadlines are met
• Investigation of discrepancies and one-of-a-kind cases
• Handling customer inquiries, providing quick and clear responses
• Continuously looking for ways to automate processes and improve customer service
• Participating in various projects when needed
• Management of workflow according to established deadlines
• Collaboration with Global departments within company
• Maintain and improve process quality
• Contribute in risk management

Salary up to 1700 EUR gross, depending on your experience, skillset and motivation.
