ABOUT
Strategic Staffing Solutions International client - the world's second largest stock exchange.
The company is looking for a dynamic, proactive and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join the European Marketing Team, focusing on promoting our offerings in Fixed Income, Clearing and Carbon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing within the financial technology industry, with a passion for sustainability and an understanding of the complexities of fixed income markets and clearing processes.
This position is 1 year contract with possibility to extend contract later.
RESPONSIBILTIES
- Develops and executes marketing strategies, campaigns and product promotions through a range of channels both on and offline
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to understand market needs and develop marketing collateral, including presentations, sales enablement collateral, website updates, customer communications, white papers and other thought leadership initiatives, event support and more
- Determines concepts and approaches to design, develop, and implement marketing activities and materials such as brochures and audio/visual materials
- Manages relationships with external agencies ensuring that their work meets the organization's requirements, deadlines, and budget
- Promotes companies involvement in conferences, exhibitions and other marketing events
- Analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives, and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Works with the business and marketing specialists to model and lead the marketing funnel, its different stages and the handoff to sales
- Track marketing ROI on sales pipeline, trade volume and business unit growth
- Actively seek challenging assignments and is genuinely excited about exploring new opportunities to improve marketing
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 6-8 years marketing experience with a focus on financial services, ESG/sustainability, investment/trading,
- Proven B2B demand generation marketing success and experience building marketing funnels and understanding sales pipeline
- Good understanding of financial markets, products, and regulatory environment
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and understand marketing metrics
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools i.e. Marketo, etc.
- Salesforce and funnel management experience essential, as well as reporting, data & analytics
COMPANY OFFERS
- Salary is up to 3300 Eur/Gross
- Hybrid/on-site working model
- 1 year contract, with the possibility of extension
