ABOUT THE JOB:
We are currently looking for positive and friendly Service Agents to join our Service team in Vilnius.

The work is done in shifts with a 2-2-3 shifts system with working hours from 15:00-03:00.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to customer service inquiries via channels such as webchat, emails, social media, and others
- Following all service-related procedures while handling and resolving customer complaints
- Work with the service team to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
- Other related tasks
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English
- Good basic computer skills
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent service and problem-solving skills, great attitude, and flexibility skills
- Take initiative, good organizational skills, and independent work.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Knowledge of Freshworks or other similar ticketing systems (would be an advantage)
